Locate and download Amazon payment and settlement reports — so you can track payouts, verify income, and share accurate data with your accountant or bookkeeper.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to Amazon Seller Central → Reports → Payments.
  • Basic understanding of payment cycles (Amazon pays every 2 weeks).
  • Optional: accounting spreadsheet or software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets).

Procedure​

  1. Go to the Payments Dashboard
  2. View Recent Settlements
  3. Download the Report
  4. Review the Key Columns
  5. Verify Disbursement
