Monitor your Amazon Account Health dashboard daily — checking key performance metrics like late shipments, order defect rate, and policy compliance — so you can prevent suspensions and resolve small issues before they grow.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to Amazon Seller Central (Admin or Account Health permissions).
  • Basic understanding of key performance metrics:
    • Order Defect Rate (ODR) – should stay below 1%.
    • Late Shipment Rate (LSR) – should stay below 4%.
    • Cancellation Rate (Pre-fulfillment) – should stay below 2.5%.
    • Policy Compliance – no unresolved violations or suppressed listings.
  • A daily habit or reminder to check Account Health.
