Weekly Listing Review SOP

Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date Amazon listings by reviewing a few each week for errors, compliance risks, and keyword opportunities — ensuring the catalog always meets Amazon standards and performs well in search.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to Amazon Seller Central → Manage All Inventory.
  • Access to Brand Registry (if applicable).
  • Tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive for keyword research.
  • Access to shared Listing Tracker Sheet.

Procedure​

  1. Select 3–5 Listings to Review
  2. Check Listing Accuracy
  3. Review A+ Content & Storefront
  4. Review Keyword Relevance and Indexing
  5. Check Compliance and Claims
  6. Review Conversion Metrics (Optional but Helpful)
  7. Make and Log Updates
