FBA Shipment Quality Check SOP

Ensure all shipments sent to Amazon FBA are properly packed, labeled, and documented before leaving the warehouse — avoiding inbound errors, damaged inventory, and shipment delays.

Prerequisites​

  • Access to Amazon Seller Central → Send to Amazon (or Manage FBA Shipments)
  • Printed box labels and FNSKU labels
  • A shipping scale and tape measure
  • Packing materials: boxes, filler, tape, pallet wrap (if applicable)
  • Access to Inbound Shipment Tracker Sheet

Procedure​

  3. Inspect Box Packaging
  4. Confirm Box Weights & Dimensions
  5. Check Box and Shipping Labels
  6. Final Inspection Before Sending
  7. Record Shipment Details
